Ralph Nader’s ‘Unsafe at Any Speed’ named an all-TIME 100 Best Nonfiction Book

Congratulations to Ralph Nader, author of the recently published Only the Super Rich Can Save Us!, for making it onto TIME’s list of the 100 most influential non-fiction books! His 1965 book Unsafe at Any Speed detailed the dangers of the automobile essay.

As Tim Morrison writes, “Unsafe at Any Speed made future presidential candidate Nader a household name and helped push carmakers and the government to mandate basic safety features, such as seat belts for all passengers and rearview mirrors.”
