Author and sex educator Cory Silverberg turned to crowd funding to raise funds to publish his first children’s book about reproduction. He hoped to raise $9,500 in 30 days. He raised it in less than 24 hours and by the end of the project had raised over $65,000.
Allison Moon is the author of the Tales of the Pack series of novels about lesbian werewolves. The first of the series, Lunatic Fringe, was nominated for a Golden Crown Award for lesbian fiction. The sequel, Hungry Ghost, released in April of 2013. Also an accomplished sex-educator, she is currently writing a new book based on her signature class, Girl Sex 101.
kd diamond is a queer, erotic comic artist who fuses art with politics, graphics with sex, and education with visuals as a method of altering societal norms and breaking down preconceived notions of gender and sexuality. Diamond’s comic-art has been published in Gender Outlaws: The Next Generation, The Ultimate Guide to Kink : BDSM, Role Play and the Erotic Edge, and she is the founder of the queer feminist sex magazine Salacious.
